The staff appeared to be undertrained and impolite, especially one lady at reception during checkout who lacked basic customer service skills. for a romantic escape, the negative aspects of the hotel outweighed the positive ones.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. The staff from the entrance to the rooms was caring and polite, the service was impeccable. The Spa & wellness center was very relaxing as was the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers overlooking the beautiful scenery. The restaurant and bar areas provided top-notch dinner options, including packed lunches for our outings. The private facilities were a highlight for me, completing the indulgent experience.
